Reservations

How and when do I have to book?

You can easily book through our website in advance to guarantee availability and facilitate planning. Simply choose your dates, review the options and complete your reservation in a few clicks. We hope to see you on board soon!

What is included in the price?

The price of all our sailing or catamaran experiences in Barcelona,include:*The boat, and all expenses (fuel, cleaning, services…)*Professional pattern,*Travelers insurance,*Drinks (cava, white / rosé wine, beer, coke, fanta lemon and water) and *appetizer (chips, olives, snacks and traditional tapas).

I want to book a private tour online, but I can’t specify the time?

What if I want to cancel?

Notify us by mail (hello@barcelonasailtrips.com) or phone call (+34 699 433 079) as soon as possible in order to change the day of the experience, in case of not being able to do so, we will proceed to a credit according to conditions.

I’m going to be late, what do I do?

If you are late for a public activity, we will not be able to wait for you. In private activities, we will do our best, but we cannot extend the end time. We suggest you arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience. We hope to see you soon!

On board

What clothing should be worn during the tour?

Comfortable clothes and a jacket for the humidity, blankets are available in case of cold.

What should I bring for the tour?

Sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuit and towel in case of swimming and a big smile because we are going to have a great time!

Is there a bathroom on board?

Yes, we have bathroom facilities on board.

Can I change clothes on board?

If you want to put on your swimsuit, you can do so in one of the cabins on board, no problem.

Can I drink alcohol?

Yes, you can drink alcohol if the skipper allows it. If it is not allowed, we ask you to respect the rules on board and avoid alcohol consumption during the activity. Enjoy your experience in a responsible way!

How do I find the boat?

Here is the meeting point.

What time is sunset?

Depending on the season, it may vary in winter from 4pm to 7pm in summer.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We will try to change the day of navigation so you can enjoy the adventure, in case that for security reasons we can not go out, we will refund 100% less cancellation fees.

I can’t swim

If you can’t swim, don’t worry. Our skipper will provide you with a life jacket to ensure your safety during the activity. We are committed to making your experience safe and enjoyable!
